During the year 2015-16, BCL Developers Limited and Paavak Infrastructures Limited have ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company. During the year under review 2016-17, DH Impex Limited, M A Marker Services Private Limited, Psav Marketing Limited, Quad Infratech Limited and Sri Krishna Agro Enterprises Limited are ceased to be subsidiaries of the company. During the year 2016-17, the Company purchased shares of 14 companies, which became subsidiary of the Company. During the year 2017-18, the Company got its shares listed with Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (formerly known as MCX Stock Exchange Limited) w.e.f. 5th January 2015 and also got its shares listed with BSE Ltd w.e.f 4thFebruary 2016. During the year under review 2017-18, Aedos Consultancy Limited, Northwind Cool Blowers Limited and MA Makers Services Private Limited are ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company. During the year under review 2017-18, Quad Infratech Limited is a subsidiary of the Company. During the year under review 2018-19, Quad Infratech Limited has been ceased to be subsidiary of the company.
