BKV Industries Ltd, formerly known as Bommidala Aquamarine Limited was incorporated as a Public limited company with an aim to promote an aquaculture related industrial project. It has identified shrimp culture as the most progressive and profitable business venture.
The company is promoted by the Bommidala Family, who are in various business lines for over four decades.
Bommidala Aquamarine Ltd. has already completed the first phase of 12.5 hectares of Shrimp farm in Kurru Island, Iskapally Village, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh and also an integrated project which will have facilities of an in-house hatchery, farm and processing plant with its own marketing setup.
The project work in shrimp farm has been affected due to the presence of virus in shrimp industry and loss suffered by the company. The company is contemplating ways to enter into Real Estates and other related businesses.
