The Company is a professionally managed Company having the business objectives of manufacturing, trading etc. of containers, packaging, textile and textile related products and can carry out real estate related business activities, however in view of the poor financial conditions of the Company. During the year, no business operation took place and efforts made by Board of Directors were not materialized.
