The company is promoted by Dr.T.Devanathan Yadav, who has over 2 decades of experience in various business sectors including the media and entertainment industry and also has overall business knowledge and manages several group of companies engaged in diverse industry sectors like manufacturing, finance, imports & exports, etc. The company is engaged in the business of Media and Entertainment through the mediums of Television, Newspapers and movies and also an established television broadcaster and newspaper in India, headquartered from southern India, The company has also started its operations on small scale in the year 1999.
