The products are mainly supplied to retailers based at Kolkata and adjacent territories. During the year 2015, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company is Rs 5,01,00,000/-divided into 50,10,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/-each. The Company's shares are listed in the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited and the BSE Limited during the financial year 2015-16. Further, the Company is suspended from trading in securities in the BSE Ltd. w.e.f August 27, 2015 under surveillance measure. The Company has dully submitted all the required documents/information to BSE Ltd. for revocation of its suspension.
