About Castora Agri Commodities
Gopal Iron and Steels Co.(Gujarat) Limited, was incorporated on 25th Aug.'94 and later converted into a public limited company. It was promoted by Mr Bhaveshbhai G Patel, Mr Baldevbhai G Patel and Prabhubhai L Badreshiya.
The company proposes to set up facilities for manufacturing various rerolling items like M S beams, channels, rounds & angles with an installed capacity of 30,000 mt near Ahmedabad. To part finance this project, it came out with a public issue of Rs 6.52 crores in April '96.
During the year 1996-97 the ompany started the commercial production of the above said project.
