Inceptum Enterprises Limited (formerly known as Angels Enterprises Limited) is a Public Limited Company incorporated on 19th December 1990. Also, the Board of Directors of the Company proposed the consolidation of face value/paid up of equity shares from Rs. 1 each to Rs. 10 each. During the year 2014-15, the Company changed its registered office firm from 202A, Arunachal Building, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi - 110001 to 114, Triveni Complex, Jawahar Park, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi - 110092 w.e.f. 06 August 2014. During the year 2015-16, the company consolidated the face value of equity share from Rs. 1/- per share to Rs. 10/- per shares, pursuant to which the company altered the Memorandum of Association.
