The company was incorporated on 26 Feb.'90 and became public in 1994. It was promoted by Manoj Vadodaria and Kanubhai Vadodaria.The company is engaged in construction activity in and around the developed areas of Ahmedabad. It came out with a public issue at a premium of Rs 5 in Apr.'95 to strengthen its capital base and to enlarge the scope of operations.
The company is developing a scheme of 40 luxurious bungalows worth Rs 417 lac on a plot of land admeasuring 18,538 sq yd with a total built-up area of 13,903 sq yd, at Vejalpur, Ahmedabad. The plans for the scheme are under preparation site development work has started.
The company has also take up other construction activities and develop residential and commercial schemes. The infrastructure projects will include development of industrial estates, including plots, sheds, roads, lighting, etc.
