Panseri Developers ltd was incorporated as 'Pansari Developers Private Limited' on April 22, 1996 under the provision of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. The name of the Company was changed to 'Pansari Developers Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 21, 2016 and subsequently, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company. The Company is an integrated construction and real estate development company primarily engaged in residential and commercial projects in and around Kolkata, West Bengal.
