Its automobile engineering division in Pune caters to the demands of TACO, Hendrickson and Asian Motor Works. The company was incorporated in the year 1992. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company produced 19,050 tons of sheet metals components. During fiscal 2010, it had an installed capacity to produce 45,430 tons of sheet metals components.
