During the year 2015-16, Company forfeited 2,92,000 partly paid up equity shares amounting Rs. 14,60,000/- due to failure to pay the balance amount of allotment money by shareholders. During the financial year 2015-16, company applied for listing of Equity shares of the company to BSE Limited under Direct Listing Route and equity shares of the company successfully listed on the BSE Limited vide trading approval letter no. DCS/DL /APATP / 146/2016-17 dated 13th June 2016.
