During the year 2008, the Company issued 4,55,000 equity shares and 4,00,000 optionally convertible warrants and allotted 4,00,000 equity shares on exercising option by warrant-holders in consultation with BSE. During the period 2018 under consideration, the Company started business of Trading in Waste Paper and achieved turnover of Rs. 8.07 Crores.
