Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation on December 28, 2021 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai. In terms of the Said Scheme, 4 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of Sayaji Hotel (Indore) Limited were issued and allotted for every 23 Fully Paid-Up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each held in Sayaji Hotel Ltd.', which got listed in Exchange on January 15, 2024.
