Apart from these, Sriven has its support and marketing offices at Chennai, Calcutta and New Delhi (India), UAE and Toronto (Canada). Sriven is the outcome of a reverse merger of Sriven Infotech Limited and Dr Neeraj's Multimedia Studios into Boss Industries Limited in 1999. Both the erstwhile companies were well known enterprises - while the former was into training, software development and marketing, the latter was into content development, digital media production and multimedia kiosks development. Sriven Multi-Tech now has a four pronged focus. It offers expertise in software development, multimedia development, digital animation and kiosk solutions. While on one hand, the company is driven by creativity and offers a range of traditional and web based products and services to the entertainment industry, it is driven by technology on the other, and offers software and kiosk network expertise. During the year 2000, it acquired 51% stake in Station X-Studios LLC, a Hollywood based 3D animation studio. The acquisition has been routed through Station X Entertainment Inc a company incorporated in USA.
