During the year 2016, the company has given Corporate Guarantee 200 Lacs bank for credit facilities granted by them to M/s. Park View Developers, a Partnership Firm where the Company is a Partner. During FY 2017-18, the company continued the said guarantee of 200 Lacs bank for credit facilities granted by them to M/s. Park View Developers, a Partnership Firm where the Company is a Partner. The loan taken by the partnership firm has been repaid fully on 03 May 2018.
