The Company was originally promoted by Mr. Manjit Singh, Mr. Gajendra Pal Singh and Mr. Anand Singh Rathore, who were the initial subscriber to the Memorandum of Association of the Company. Mr. Vijay Arora and Ms. Priyanka Arora acquired shares in the Company on December 2, 2002. Ms. Jaswinder Kaur acquired shares in the Company on November 1, 2010.
