Veritaas Advertising Limited was incorporated on July 31, 2018 with the name Veritaas Advertising Private Limited' dated August 1, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, Company got converted into a Public Limited Company as Veritaas Advertising Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 1, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Kolkata. Veritaas Advertising Limited is one of Kolkatas leading advertising companies that has over 8 years of experience in the field of outdoor advertising. The Company offer OOH advertising in the domain of billboards, pole kiosks, police booths, traffic barriers, gantry, bus shelters, etc. The Management is responsible for Transit Media advertising like bus and cab advertising. Moreover, it involved in Retail Branding, Cinema Branding, and Brand Activation. Some of the other domains that Company work in are Radio and Print Media, through which it help clients with the different aspects of outdoor advertising like a strategy. The Company commenced the business in 2019. In order to become truly independent, it set up a workshop at Village- Ramchandrapur, P.O.& P.S. Narendrapur, in Kolkata, to undertake printing of banner, brochure and other advertising and marketing materials including fabrication of police booths. Apart from this, the Company executed project in West Bengal, Meghalaya, Assam, Delhi, Jharkhand, Mumbai and Pune. Their end-to-end solutions and integrated services enabled in inculcating a horizontal marketing approach in business operations. In additional to multiple industries, the Company offer services across multiple geography as well. It has a sales network in West Bengal, Assam and Delhi. It is in the process of setting up an office in Mumbai to expand n all metro cities of India. Through their strategically located offices and teams in three major cities in India, they cover almost whole of the states where they operate. Company allotted 7,44,000 equity shares of Rs 10 and raised Rs 8.48 crores through IPO on 15 May, 2024.
