Per a circular, Greenlam Industries Ltd. has announced the allotment of equity shares to HG Industries Ltd. shareholders w.e.f 22-Nov-23. 1 equity share of Greenlam Industries Ltd. to be issued for every 2 equity shares held by shareholders of HG Industries Ltd.
