Per a circular, Indokem Ltd has announced the allotment of equity shares to Refnol Resins & Chemicals Ltd. shareholders w.e.f 11-Oct-23. 1153 equity shares of Indokem Ltd. to be issued as fully paid-up equity shares for every 1000 fully paid-up equity shares held by shareholders of Refnol Resins & Chemicals Ltd.
