Sub-division and bonus Issue of equity shares of RADHEDE
Stock sub-division or stock split is a corporate action in which a company increases the number of its outstanding shares by issuing more shares to its existing shareholders.
Bonus Issue is one of the corporate actions where a company issues bonus shares as new or additional shares, free of cost and in proportion to the shares held by the shareholder.
As per a recent BSE circular:
- 1 equity share of Radhe Developers (India) Ltd. (Scrip Code: 531273) of Face Value of Rs. 10 will be sub-divided into 10 equity shares of Face value of Re. 1 each.
- A bonus of 1 equity share of Face value of Rs. 10 will be issued for every 1 equity share of Face value of Rs. 10 held.
