The company specializes in providing home loans and loans against property, catering to a diverse clientele. With an average loan ticket size ranging from Rs 11-12 lakh, JM Financial Home Loans has established itself as a significant contributor to the group’s financial services portfolio.

JM Financial Home Loans to borrow Rs.1,200 crores

JM Financial Home Loans is planning to borrow Rs 1,200 crore in the 2024-25 fiscal year (April-March) to expand its loan book. “We currently have an AUM of Rs 2,400 crore. Our goal is to disburse at least another Rs 1,500 crore. Therefore, we need to borrow at least Rs 1,200 crore in the current financial year,” stated Manish Sheth, Managing Director and CEO of JM Financial Home Loans. This strategic move aims to support the company’s growth ambitions in the retail mortgage segment.

The company’s net profit rose to nearly Rs 40 crore in 2023-24 (April-March) from Rs 30 crore in 2022-23. The gross non-performing asset ratio stood at 0.69% as of March 31.  The company delivered a return on assets of 2.25%, and a return on equity of 9.5% in 2023-24.
