Order 2: Dated July 5, 2024

  • Penalty Amount: Rs. 4,28,50,048/-
  • Redemption Fine: Rs. 2,00,00,000/-
  • Penalty: Rs. 2,28,50,048/-
  • Allegation: Non-payment of applicable Countervailing Duty and Anti-Dumping Duty under Notification No. 1/2016-Customs (CVD) dated January 19, 2016, and/or Notification No. 42/2017-Cus (ADD) dated August 30, 2017, on casting parts imported from China.
