Tirupati Tyres Ltd. incorporated in the year May 03rd, 1988 and since then is involved in trading activities of tyres and allied products.
During the financial year 2015-16 under review, the Company got its shares listed on Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MCX). Subsequent to the end of financial year, the Company received order from Regional Director, Delhi vide order dated July 27, 2016 confirming shifting of registered office from state of Punjab to state of Maharashtra.
During FY 2015-16, the Company acquired 90% stake in Aspen Lifestyles LLP, balance 10% held by Shamseerhussain K Khan, Director (Finance) of the Company.
During the year 2018, the Company shifted its registered office from 503, Shri Krishna Complex, Opp. Laxmi Industrial Estate, Andheri West, Mumbai (MH)-400053 to D/1, Jafferbhai Industrial Estate, Near Marol Metro Station, Marol Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai (MH)- vide Board approval dated 21 August 2017.
