As per the BSE circular, BOROSIL LTD will demerge w.e.f 5- Dec-23.
Klass Pack Limited shall issue and allot Equity Shares to the eligible Shareholders of BOROSIL LTD. Due to this merger, 3 Fully paid-up Equity Shares of Re.1/- each of Klass Pack Limited shall be issued and allotted for every 4 Fully paid-up Equity Shares of Re.1/- each held in BOROSIL LTD.
