Job Title: Support Engineer 2

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

What you will do: 

• Ability to work on Omnesys platform like BOD, Troubleshooting, API calls, Collectively with multiple teams for smooth day to day operations           

• Technical and Functional Support for API Products with respect to Trading issues and improvements. Handling issues with respect to TRADING ,OMNESYS OMS-RMS & in-house APIs

• exchange connectivity knowledge must required, Maintaining Reports/Sheets of the Requirements/Issues/Queries and working towards its closure within timelines.

• Actively involvement towards Issues reported on Jira/mail reported by various teams and guiding accurate ways for getting a solution to it.

• Dynamically manage workload of the SRE team, drive and deliver on multiple priorities simultaneously 

• Troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems and ensure permanent closure of incidents 

• Ability to create manual test cases along with testing

• Participate in the 24×7 support coverage as needed 

• Should be self-motivated and willing to work under minimum surveillance. 

• Should have sound knowledge of STWT(Mobile),IBT(Web,Desktop EXE)

• Should have good knowledge of Capital market/IPO/Mutual funds

Who you are: 

• Bachelor’s degree

• 4 to 5 years of experience.  In stock broking Industry

• Should have working experience on Refinitiv(Omnesys) CTCL & IBT products
