Compulsory KRA validation of email and mobile

With reference to the new KRA Registration Agencies (CVL) Circular (CDSL/OPS/DP/SYSTM/2023/493) dated 18-Aug-23, it is mandatory for clients to validate their email and mobile number through the KRA link (mentioned below) by ~~18-Aug-23~~ 01-Sep-23.

If you fail to do so, you will have to face the following consequences.

Existing open positions under the margin in the derivatives segment will be squared off.

No fresh positions/rollover will be allowed till KRA is validated.

Temporary freezing of your Demat account till KRA is validated.

Any debit balance remaining in your ledger will be cleared off on 31-Aug-23 on best effort basis by selling your holdings. So, please clear your debit balance before 30-Aug-23 to avoid squaring off.
