About Guggenheim SP 500 Top 50 ETF

Guggenheim Russell Top 50 Mega Cap ETF (the Fund), formerly Rydex Russell Top 50 ETF, seeks to replicate as closely as possible the performance of the Russell Top 50 Index (the Index). The Index is an unmanaged capitalization-weighted index consisting of the 50 largest companies in the Russell 3000 Index. The Russell 3000 Index is an unmanaged capitalization-weighted index that offers investors access to the United States equity universe representing approximately 98% of the United States equity market. The Fund provides cap-weighted exposure to the 50 largest United States companies representing more than 40% of the total market cap of the Russell 3000 Index. The Funds use a replication strategy to track the Index. Replication refers to investing in substantially all of the securities in the Index in approximately the same proportions as in the Index. The Fund's investment advisor is PADCO Advisors II, Inc., which operates under the name Rydex Investments.
