About ProShares UltraPro Russell2000

ProShares UltraPro Russell2000 (the Fund) seeks daily investment results that correspond to three times (300%) the daily performance of Russell 2000 Index (the Index). The Fund seeks investment results for a single day only, not for longer periods. The Index is a measure of small-cap United States stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index containing approximately 2,000 of the smallest companies in the Russell 3000 Index or approximately 8% of the total market capitalization of the Russell 3000 Index, which in turn represents approximately 98% of the investable United States equity market. All United States companies listed on the NYSE or NASDAQ meeting an initial minimum ($1) price are considered for inclusion. Reconstitution occurs annually. The Fund invests in equities, derivatives and money market instruments. The Fund’s investment advisor is ProShare Advisors LLC.
