Commodity Deposit Form (CDF)

In order for the client to deposit commodities, they must complete the Commodity Deposit Form (CDF) and submit it to the warehouse. The form should be accompanied by an assayer's report, which assesses the quality of the commodities. The warehouse is responsible for providing the Commodity Deposit Form to the client.
