Euro
The European Union, consisting of 27 countries, has a common currency known as the Euro. Among these, 14 countries have adopted the Euro as their national currency. These include Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Slovenia, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain. This single currency has been in circulation since 2002 and is one of the most widely used currencies in the world. Its adoption has greatly simplified trade and financial transactions among these countries, promoting economic integration and growth.
