Co-Manager

When a company decides to go public or offer additional shares, it typically seeks the assistance of multiple underwriters. These underwriters play a crucial role in managing the offering process, with the lead manager being responsible for overseeing the overall operation. Other underwriters involved are known as co-managers, and their names can be found at the bottom of the prospectus, with the lead manager's name at the top left and the co-managers' names listed in order of importance from left to right.
