Taxes

Agency

A company that offers specialized services to a foreign entity is known as a dependent agency. This establishes a permanent presence for the foreign entity in the country where the agency is located, resulting in taxation of income earned from that country. Conversely, an independent agency does not create a permanent establishment and does not incur taxation on income earned in the country where it operates.
